Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the construction site management of the EPC project, coordinate the Employer and subcontractors on behalf of the Company during the project implementation, and be fully responsible for the progress, quality and safety of the project.

2. Be responsible for the management of the on-site project department of the EPC project.

3. Organize the preparation of project construction schedule as required to ensure the timely and quality completion of the project.

4. Be responsible for the preparation of construction report documents and the collection and arrangement of process documents.

5. Be responsible for the preparation of project summary documents and the handover of process documents.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above in thermal energy, thermal power, electrical instrument and related majors.

2. At least 3 years working experience in power plant operation or power project construction management.

3. Good communication, coordination and management skills.

4. Good conduct, serious and responsible work, and good team spirit.

5. Proficient in the use of office software such as CAD and Word.

6. It is acceptable to stay on the construction site for a long time.

7. Under 50 years old.

Treatment

The company implements an annual salary plus annual bonus system. After passing the probation (one month probation period), the company guarantees a base salary of more than 100000 yuan, plus year-end bonus and on-site subsidies. The company pays five insurances and one fund, and is responsible for the review of professional titles.

三、待遇

公(gong)司實行年薪加年度(du)獎(jiang)金制度(du)，經試(shi)用(yong)合格（試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)一個月），保證底薪10萬元(yuan)以上，另計年底獎(jiang)金、現場補助。公(gong)司繳納五(wu)險(xian)一金，負責(ze)職稱的評審工作。
